Customer Service Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. How long does it take to ship? Once an order has been place, we try to ship within 24-48 hours or one or two business days. 
  2. How do I track an order? Once the order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
  3. How much is shipping? Enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $75 or more, your order ships FREE! Oversized items such as furniture, rugs and bikes are not included. Other items under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.
  4. What is your return policy? We offer a 14 day return policy. Please contact us if you’d like assistance in returning or exchanging an item at our store.
  5. Do you ship outside of the U.S? We don’t currently but check back as we will soon. Also, if you’d like to sign up for our email newsletter we will notify you when we do.
  6. What are my payment choices? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
  7. Do you price match? We do price match, so feel free to email customer service with the item, price and location of the item you’d like us to match, and we will get back to you promptly.
  8. What is your privacy policy? We value your privacy and will not sell your information. Please view our privacy policy for complete details.
  9. How secure is your website? Our website is secure and protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in ecommerce Internet security.
